What's my credit balance and where did it go?

Question

Accepted Answer

Lead credits carry a balance, a lifetime purchased total and a lifetime spent total, and every movement is a transaction with a reason attached. A balance that dropped without an obvious cause is almost always a lead response that was entitled at the time. The ledger is the record.
